This session can also be an avenue for you to talk about your future plans in the company making your manager aware of your endeavors, so he can also assist you in honing your skills needed to perform the job you aspire.

Always be in the lookout to help others in your company. Always build great friendship or relationships because at any point in time they can help you achieve your goals. Your success in guiding others will boost your marketability. This is an enduring process that can help you in your career. This will add to your visibility at work and those who benefits from your help will give impressive feedback to others, knowingly you are building dominant reputation compare to others.
